You can use this plan to help you to reflect on your current childcare practice as well as to build a plan for future development.It is structured to enable you to assess your practice through the four EYFS Themes. Complete a slip and hand to parent / carer if their child sustains an injury to their head. Indicate where the injury is located by putting a cross at the right place on the image.
